• Account details: your email address and phone number, used for sign-up, verification, and notifications.
• Profile information: display name, handle, and any details you add to your profile.
• Artist information: if you claim an artist profile, the information you submit to verify control of your music accounts (for example, a verification code placed in a Spotify bio) and related artist details.
• Submissions and content: artists you submit, votes and predictions you make, and anything else you post or send through the Platform.
• Communications: messages you send us, including support requests.

Information collected automatically.

• Usage data: your activity on the Platform, such as contests entered, votes cast, predictions made, Seeds earned and spent, referrals, and leaderboard activity.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and similar technical information.
• Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. See Section 6.

Information from third parties.

• Music data: artist profiles and submissions may incorporate publicly available data from services such as Spotify and YouTube.
• Optional integrations: if you choose to connect an optional service such as Telegram for community access, we receive limited information from that service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform;
• Create and manage your account and verify your identity;
• Run contests, calculate Seeds, determine rewards and leaderboard standings, and process submissions and artist claims;
• Communicate with you, including verification messages, service updates, and notifications;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, manipulation, and security incidents;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the Platform, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, and SMS providers. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
• Public activity. Some information is visible to other users by design, such as your display name, handle, profile, badges, and leaderboard standings. Your email and phone number are not made public.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Industree, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If Industree is involved in a reorganization, transfer of the Platform, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that process, subject to this Policy.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including server-side controls and cryptographic verification of Seeds transactions and voting activity. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, reach us through our contact form at industr.ee/contact.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain certain records, such as activity logs and Seeds ledgers, after account closure where retention is necessary for integrity, legal, or operational reasons.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Platform works.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of it, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

California residents.Under California law, including the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of your information, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for users who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it. 9. International Users

Industree is based in the United States, and your information will be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Platform, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
